Mylar Plastic (14 Mil)
Our industrial Mylar option is a heavy-duty, 14 mil semi-transparent flexible plastic. It is highly durable yet bendable, making it ideal for standard marking across flat commercial surfaces.
Surface compatibility: Concrete, polished concrete, warehouse flooring, walls, and wood.
Best for: On going, repeat use on flat surfaces where flexibility and easy cleaning are required.
Adhesive-Backed Polyethylene (7 Mil)
This specialized material features a tack-backed layer designed to stick directly to irregular surfaces to prevent paint bleed. It functions like a heavy-duty sticker for clean, sharp execution.
Surface compatibility: Barrels, traffic cones, safety pillars, glass, and corrugated metal.
Best for:Curved surfaces, highly detailed safety text, and achieving perfectly crisp paint edges.
Stainless Steel (24 Gauge)
Our premium metal option is a 24-gauge stainless steel sheet built for maximum longevity. This is our toughest material, engineered to withstand intense heat, heavy solvent cleanings, and endless reuse.
Surface compatibility: High-volume commercial paving, heavy industrial environments, and manufacturing floors.
Best for: High-volume commercial applications, harsh job site conditions, and "forever" stencil solutions.

Shipping & Returns Policy
Please review our formal guidelines regarding custom design proofs, order cancellation limits, lost freight, and shipping damage.
Order Modification & Cancellation Limits
Reviewing Your Proof: Please carefully verify all layout files, floor labels, spelling, font styles, borders, and job site dimensions before approving your stencil. Once a digital proof is approved, production begins immediately. We are not accountable for typos or design errors after final customer approval.
Cancellation Window: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order passes the 24-hour mark or enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, as each structural stencil is precision-cut to order.
Custom Orders: All custom design project files or tailor-made dimension runs are permanently non-refundable once packed and shipped.
Lost Shipments
If your carrier tracking information shows that your materials, signage, or stencils are lost, missing, or stalled in transit, you must email our team right away.
Please notify us immediately so we can file an official inquiry with the freight carrier and fast-track a resolution to prevent delays on your active construction site.
Damaged or Defective Items Policy
We do not issue cash or credit card refunds for items that arrive damaged or broken from transit.
However, we will gladly issue a 100% free replacement and coordinate a free return.
How to report damage: To initiate a replacement run, email our support team within 30 days of receiving your item. You must include clear photos showing the visible structural damage to the materials, signage,or packaging for our verification.
Our resolution: Once verified, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and prioritize a new identical stencil run through production at no additional cost to you.
